The above constitute a request from you to Atlantic Choice to find a car hire deal from one of our wide range of car hire partners. You will be provided with a car by us either directly or as an agent. The capacity in which we act depends on our relationship with the car hire partners.
Any contract entered into at the local destination is exclusively between yourself and the car hire partnerand under no instance is Atlantic Choice a party to this contract.
These terms apply to any booking that you make with us either through our web site or via the Contact-Centre, Both our terms and those of the car hire companies we work with contain some exclusions and limitations of liability.
Documents, Driving Licence & Age Limits:
In all cases Voucher / eBooking, leading driver's credit card and a full valid driving licence is required at the time of pick up for all the destinations held for at least one year or (2 years in selected locations; this will be confirmed during the booking process). If a new style British driver's license is held, both paper and card parts must be produced. In some countries, an International driving licence is also required in addition to the National licence. In certain locations and for some car types, drivers must have held a full licence for a minimum of 2 years.
If you or any named drivers are under 25 or over 65 years old please inform us at the time of booking. Age restrictions may apply in certain destinations, and in some cases there may be a charge payable locally.
No refunds is made for a No Show or failure to produce the correct documentation (Voucher / eBooking, driving licence, credit card or non-disclosed endorsements etc.)
We DO NOT Charge for cancellations should you have to cancel your booking due to unexpected cercumstances. Unlike other Companies who rip you off when it comes to last minut cancellations.
Should you have to change your plan before pick up, nothing to worry we will not charge you amendment fee for any changes requested.
If We Make Changes to Your Booking:
Occasionally it may be necessary for changes to be made to your booking (after acceptance) by us or by our car hire partner. In all such cases we will advise you as soon as reasonably possible before pick-up and, if the proposed changes are unacceptable, you will be offered a full refund. However, in such circumstances, we shall have no additional liability in respect of any direct or indirect losses (such as loss of profits, loss of enjoyment or loss of opportunity) you may suffer as a result of such changes.
Extras & Special Requests:
Booster/Child seats, roof racks, ski racks and request of any optional extras should be made at the time of booking, booster/ child seats are required by law. There is usually a charge for them which is payable locally to the car hire partner. No guarantee can be made regarding their availability.
Deliveries & Collections:
Such requests must be made at the time of booking over the phone and full address and time must be given. Some car hirecompanies will agree to deliver your car to or collect it from a specified address. If so, should there be a fee for this service we will let you know there and then but it will be payable locally.
Currency of Fees and Charges:
Items which are "paid locally" will be charged at time of pick-up in the local currency of your pick-up location. Cancellation and Amendment Fees noted in this document are shown in GBP (£), EUR (€) and USD ($). If applicable, you will be charged these fees in the currency in which you paid us. If you paid us in a currency not shown in this document, the corresponding fee will be charged by using the GBP value and converted by the official exchange rate at that time.
Daily Rate CalculationsThe:
The price of the car rental/hire is calculated on the basis of 24 hour units and the price of your car rental will be confirmed at the time of booking.The duration of your rental starts and finishes according to the pick-up and drop-off dates and times detailed on your Voucher / eBooking.
Period of Rental Extensions:
If youwish to extend the period of hire after picking the car up, or if you drop the car off later than stated on your Voucher / eBooking, the contract for such an extension will always be with the car hire partner directly and the extra time will be charged for by the car hire partner at the local daily rate, which may be higher than the rates agreed with us at the time of booking.
Returned Early: No refunds are payable on cars returned early.
Out of Hours Charges: At most airport locations, flights will be met and cars supplied outside normal working hours. However, there may be an additional charge for this service, which will be payable locally (directly to the car hire partner). We will advise youwhether a charge will apply when you confirm your pick-up times in your booking request. In the event that a flight delay causes the car pick-up to fall outside a car hire partner's normal working hours, the car hire partner may agree to provide an out-of-hours service -- in which case they will advise you of any fee.
It is essential that Atlantic Choice be given the correct flight number, departure airport and arrival time before departure. If this information is not available at the time of booking, please ensure that you inform us of it at least 7 days prior to your departure.
We can accept no further responsibility where there is no out-of-hours service available -- and it is therefore recommended that you take independent travel insurance. Non-airport car hire counters may also provide an out-of-hours service.
Fees may apply for additional drivers, payable at the car hire counter (unless otherwise specified on our voucher / eBooking). Please check with our Contact Centre.
Provision of Cars:
Car hire companies reserve the right to refuse a car to any person who is considered unfit to drive or does not meet eligibility requirements. We will not be liable for the completion of travel arrangements, nor for any refund, compensation or any other costs youmay have to pay in such a case.
Number of Passengers & Car Class:
All cars are insured for a maximum number of passengers. We cannot accept liability for the car being unsuitable for all passengers and luggage. As a guide, please refer to our website for approximate capacities of the various car classes. We cannot accept responsibility if the car hire partner refuses to supply a car because the party size is too big.
We are unable to guarantee Car Class (a particular make or model of car). The car shown on your voucher / eBooking is for guidance only and the car hire partner may instead provide a different car which is deemed to be similar or superior.
Fuel& Deposits at the Car Hire Counter:
Most car hire companies require a deposit at the start of the rental to cover the liability excess, any charges incurred during the rental and in some cases fuel and is usually refunded if the car is returned with a full tank. Fuel policies vary. Please check when you pick up your car.
All taxes are included except those on any extras purchased locally. e.g. one-way drop-off fees, child seats and additional drivers. Atlantic Choice reserves the right to levy any government increases in local taxes that may be introduced after the printing of these Terms of Service. Any additional charges payable on arrival are subject to local taxes at the prevailing rate in that country.
Atlantic Choice Rental Rates Do Not Include:
Personal accident insurance (PAI), Additional non-mandatory insurances, Insurance exclusions (see the relevant insurance sections), garaging, tolls, congestion charges, parking and traffic fines, additional drivers charges (where applicable - please check online or with our reservations department at the time of booking), Out of hours charges, Optional extras, One-way rental charges where applicable, Young/Old drivers charges where applicable, Licence fees (where needed), Fuel &Security Deposits payable locally atthe Car Hire Counter.
Breakdowns / Accidents:
In the case of any mechanical difficulties or accidents involving your car, you must call our car hire partner (Their name and contact details are shown on yourVoucher / eBooking and rental agreement)and Police immediately and keep copies of all relevant documentation you are asked to complete a check in form must also be signed on return of vehicle. This may be needed if youwish to make a claim.
Your hire of any car is subject to the terms & conditions of car hire imposed by our car hire partner and to the corresponding laws of the country and/or state in which the rental takes place. Youwill therefore be subject to both our terms & conditions and to those of the car hire partner. You should satisfy yourself that you understand (and agree) to its Terms of Service, as you will be subject to, and must comply with these terms, and the local law. Atlantic Choice cannot accept liability for any charges incurred on documentation signed for and accepted locally.
We accept no responsibility for and shall not be liable in respect of any loss, damage, alterations, delays or changes arising from civil strife, industrial disputes including air traffic control disputes, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire or adverse weather conditions, unavoidable technical problems with transport, closure or congestion of airports or ferry ports, cancellation of scheduled flights or financial failure of airlines.
If youare dissatisfied in any way with your rental, please report this to our car hire partner immediately for concerns whilst the booking is in rental once the rental is finished we only consider complaints that reach us within 50 days of dropping the car off such complaints are dealt via Email only all related paperwork must be forward to [CUSTOMERFIRSTMAIL]. We aim to resolve complaints within 40 days but depending on the nature of the issue it may take slightly longerbut you will be kept informed.
Actions against our car hire partners are restricted to the governing laws within the jurisdiction of the car rental's country courts. Actions against Atlantic Choiceare restricted to the laws that occur within the jurisdiction of the local courts of United Kingdom. We will not fail to comply with all regulations in force by legal authorities.
Terms of Your Contract with Atlantic Choice:We work as a car rental broker and agent for various independent rental companies in the countries in which it operates. All bookings made by you, our customer(s), through us (Atlantic Choice) are subject to our Terms of Service as well as our car hire partner's Terms of Service and the local laws.
However you choose to book weather over the telephone, website / or any other possible way it is important to understand how and when a contract is formed. The technical steps required for a contract to be formed are as follows. When we quote prices, we are inviting you to make an offer for their purchase. You do not make this offer until you do so verbally or by clicking 'Book Now' on our 'Payment Details' page.You will have made us an offer to purchase the services once you have either done so verbally or clicked 'Book Now'. We will have accepted this offer once we have both received the necessary payment and made your voucher / eBooking available to you. Where the arrangement with our car hire partner is for us to act as an agent, acceptance of your offer is by us as agent on behalf of our car hire partner.Responsibility of Consequential loss, Force Majeure &Limitation of Liability:
We are responsible for losses you suffer as a result of us breaking this agreement if the losses are a foreseeable consequence of Atlantic Choice breaking the agreement. Losses are foreseeable where they could be contemplated by the both you and us at the time our agreement is formed. We are not responsible for indirect losses which happen as a side effect of the main loss or damage and which are not foreseeable by you and us (such as loss of profits, loss of enjoyment or loss of opportunity).
We shall not be liable ourselves or vicariously through the car hire partners for either any failure to perform or any delay in performing any of our obligations under or pursuant to this booking, voucher / eBooking, rental or terms & conditions, if and in so far as performance is delayed, hindered or prevented by force majeure, which expression shall mean any event beyond the reasonable control of the party in question. In the event that the force majeure persists for more than 14 consecutive days, we may terminate and withdraw this booking by giving 14 days' notice to youroriginal billing address and refunding all amounts paid prior to the force majeure event,in any case, liability is limited to the amount actually paid by you to Atlantic Choice for the rental.
Atlantic Choice reserves the rights to cancel the booking:We have the right to cancel a booking upon limited or immediate notice in certain circumstances, such as the insolvency of our car hire partner. In all circumstances we will use our reasonable endeavours to arrange for the supply of an alternative car, but at peak seasons it may not be possible. Where a customer has made a fully pre-paid booking and we notify the customer up to 48 hours before pick-up, the customer will receive a return of all monies already paid to Atlantic Choices a consequence of us breaking the agreement.
Security of Transactions: Atlantic Choice is committed to ensure that the information you provide when making a booking is 'encoded' and stored in a database on the Application servers and the Database servers; this is un-encoded when a booking is displayed by the booking system. To ensure this we are using the latest internet security tools and equipment. This information is stored in a secure computer with limited physical access, no internet access, not on a web server which has internet access.

Atlantic Choice may occasionally record telephone conversations for training and quality purposes of our customer service personnel.
When you place a booking with us your personal details are required in order to process the booking (your name, surname, telephone number, credit card details, e-mail address, driver's age and flight info). As Atlantic Choice acts as a booking agent, it is required to pass essential booking information to our car hire partners. This information will be transferred to the country where your booking will take place. By submitting your booking you consent to this transfer of information for the purpose described above.
Third Party Disclosure:
We never discloses personal information about our customers to third parties without prior consent, except if legally obligated to or in case of an emergency. We will not sell or rent any personally identifiable information. We may provide statistics about our customers, sales and booking patterns and related information to third parties but in such cases this information will not contain personally identifying information.
Atlantic Choice Recommendation:
It is very important you have read and understood the Supplier's (Our Car hire partner's) Terms of Service (or Location Specific Information) Prior to signing rental agreement with them, you ensure that the details on this agreement match those details on your Atlantic Choice car hire voucher/ eBooking. Any additional purchases accepted to your credit card after the rental agreement has been signed will be your own financial responsibility. If in doubt, please contact us.

We value the trust you have placed in us, and are committed to protecting and safeguarding any personal information you give us. It also tells you how you can contact us if you have questions about your personal information. We offer online services through the website and mobile apps. The information that follows applies to these platforms. Booking Through website: The customer’s legal Authority Our website is a platform which allows clients to explore online travel products and to confirm his/her booking through our system, in this regard customer act as an interface in this whole process of transaction with travel supplier. A customer should be 18-year-old to qualify legal contractual obligation, should have a requisite consent to act for or on the behalf of third person including in a booking. He is legally bind to use our website in accordance to our prescribed terms and regulations. A customer will be responsible for any activity including a User name or password. Customer would have to make sure that his/her detail is accurate before confirming his/her booking with us. A deposit will be required in Every booking which will not be less than GBP 100 Excluding infants and addition charges will apply at the time of booking confirmation. In case, if you are choosing special offers or deals you may be required a complete payment instantly at the time of your booking confirmation.
Our customer care department pride to serve our clients to their best possible way, we serve any changes which client makes after obtaining their contract but these changes can only be made if it is permitted by the carrier and it also relates to subject of availability. These changes may incur additional cost if travel dates are extended including GBP 35 as administration cost. In few cases, a carrier does not allow any name or departure amendments if it does than additional charges will incur or in some cases it will consider as booking cancellation. A cancellation consent should be required in writing by customer who has made booking with us. In case, if customer would like to cancel his/her reservation before confirmation of his/her booking he would have to bear a cancellation charges of GBP 60 and a customer will not be entitled to claim his/her deposit refund. In case of special Offer fares, a full cancellation charges will apply and we reserve a right to generate no refund. A cancellation charges set by our supplier could be more than the cost of your deposit so we do hold this right to pass on these charges. In this case, our customer support team will assist you how can you protect yourself from additional charges.
Ticket(s) will be issued there and then as soon as full payment has been made.
If customer(s) has made a deposit payment only to reserve a seat(s) then he/she will be given a due date and time for completing the payment for his/her ticket(s) for quoted price.
If customer fails to make rest of the payment within due date and time which have been communicated to him/her during telephonic conversation and via E-mail at the time of quotation then we can’t guarantee that the fare will remain same because flight fares fluctuate quite often.
In case of failing to meet maturity date deposit amount is non-refundable.
If you are reserving the flight by making the deposit (Initial deposit) then please note that taxes may increase/ decrease at any time without the prior notice, as government reserve the right to increase/decrease taxes anytime without any prior notice in that case your ticket fare will be effected accordingly.
We always recommend our customers to pay ASAP and get their ticket(s) issued to avoid this situation. Furthermore if you will cancel your reservation due to any reason, then the paid deposit(s) will not be refunded and customer will also be liable to pay cancellation charges according to our or airline's term & conditions.
If a payment has not made by client than Atlantic Choice has got a right to refuse booking.
We do accept Master/Visa card for payment. We do not accept American express.
We only accept Master/visa credit card for payment.
Any payment may be accepted through cheque, a cheque should be made in the favor of Atlantic Choice LTD but you should make sure that it requires 10 working days to process. In this regards, customer should have to be carefully make a reservation that he would have enough time to clear a cheque before his/her departure date. Please, do contact us in case you require any further assistance our customer care team will assist you about your payment.
This is your own responsible to verify your all documents like visa, passport, health requirements and set order of required Travel documents.Passport and visa: You should must verify visa clearance requirement before making any travel plan from relevant embassy to ensure your entry clearance. Every country has their certain rules for entry if you require visa to enter specific country please apply for visa prior travel to that country or full fill entry clearance criteria. We don’t accept any liability if your unable to produce correct documentation required by Airline or Boarder Authority of any country. You should make sure that you fulfill all requirements of health certification required by all countries visited including that country you are going through.
Please, do let us know at the time of booking if you have got any special request. We always endeavor to forward you special request to our concerning supplier but we can’t pledge that your special request will be entertained. In case, if our supplier will unable to deliver your special request it will not be considered as breach of contract on our part. You should have to advise us in writing with complete details about your medical problem or any kind of disability before confirming your booking. We reserve rights to cancel booking at any stage if we are unable to entertain your special request and any applicable cancellation charges will incur.
You must ensure, you or every member of your party take responsibility that you should not act in such a way where it could cause offences to any third party or damages to any personal belongings or risk any loss. Any damages made to third party will be charged directly from faulty person to compensate this loss or damages.

We will not be liable to clients in case of any direct or indirect loss which suffers through his/her personal reasons. Personal injury, liability for death and other damages are defined by an international air transport treaty, governed by national Law or it will be governed by Air’s own terms and Laws. Atlantic travel LTD act as an interface between clients and supplier so Atlantic Choice will not be liable in any case with respect to that service which he will experience with Airline.
Proper security measures to protect your personal information are placed, this is our complete responsibility to protect your personal information. Public authorities may access to this information in case if it required by law. If you provide us contact information we will store your contact information to update you about latest offers only in case when you allow us to do.
All products which are shown on our website are subject to availability and flights line has no control over it.
Laws of England and wales will be placed in case of any Legal matter between Atlantic Choice and client. This agreement will be formed under the provision of England’s law and wales which mean any dispute will resolve under the lights of these laws.
